Ever since playing sports as a young person, I realized the magic that being part of a team brought to my life. Teamwork gave me a sense of reassurance, where I was able to thrive as an individual because my own strengths were encouraged and championed on and off the court.
It is important to surround yourself with like-minded people who share in common interests and values, and who will support and encourage you to reach your goals.
